  • Any cancellations received before September 15, 2020 — Full Refund applies with a Cancellation Fee of US $100. 
  • Any cancellations received before November 15, 2020  —  50% refund only.
  • Any cancellations received on and after November 15, 2020 is NON-REFUNDABLE for any reasons with NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever

Only name change is allowed. (Bookings cannot be carried over to Future Sailings)

It is HIGHLY recommended that you buy a personal comprehensive travel Insurance to protect you from any unforeseen events.

Booking Adjustments:

  • 1st Change in cabin is FREE of charge.
  • 2nd change and onward is subject to$100 Administrative Fee.

Final Boarding Time Policy:

To facilitate the embarkation process and the processing of your eDocs, and to comply with new government regulations governing departure manifest, all guests are required to complete Online Check-In at least 48 hours prior to sailing and must complete check-in at the cruise terminal and be onboard the ship no later than two (2) hours prior to the departure time noted on their cruise documents or they will not be permitted to sail. Note that guests who have not filled out their Online Check-In must arrive at port at least three (3) hours prior to sailing.
In addition to the applicable cancellation terms, no refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring the proper travel documents or show up late.

Pregnancy Policy:

Norwegian Cruise Line will not accept any Guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy at the time their travel with Norwegian Cruise Line. We do not represent that travel is safe during any point in the pregnancy of a guest. Advice should be sought from your medical practitioner prior to embarkation. The period specified above represents our minimum requirement. Some countries place limitations on the entry of non-national pregnant women. Check with the relevant embassy or consulate before you travel to confirm any further limitations.

Online Check-In:

Guests are requested to complete their Online Check-In form at www.msccruisesusa.com/en-us/Manage-Your-Booking/web-check-in.aspx at least 48 hours prior to departure date. Guests who have not completed their online Check-In form at least 48 hours prior to departure date are required to complete the Check-In process at the pier 3 hours prior to departure time noted on their cruise documents.

Shore Excursions:

Guests are encouraged to book their Shore Excursions, spa treatments, and specialty dining through Norwegian Cruise Line for the widest selection of tours along with some important added benefits – safe and reliable tour operators, easy pick-up and drop-off at the pier. Ground Transportation:

Ground Transportation is available for purchase on Cruise-only reservations; transportation requests for cruise-only guest will require guest’s independent air information to be given to Norwegian Cruise Line and be within the recommended flight arrival and departure times for your cruise. Ground Transportation is subject to standard cancellation policy. To make arrangements, please contact Norwegian Cruise Line at 877-735-5625 or 305-436-4804 at least 4 days prior to sailing.

Travel Protection:

Stars on Board, Inc. and Norwegian Cruise Line highly recommend that every guest purchases his/her own Travel Protection insurance including Medical, Accident, and Trip Cancellation coverage individually online or through a travel agent.

US & Canadian Citizens: All guests can travel with any of the below mentioned WHTI Compliant documents. Please keep in mind that a passport, even if not required, is still preferred and strongly recommended, as it is required for air travel.

* It is the guest’s responsibility to obtain required visas and other documentation prior to sailing, including vaccinations for infectious diseases, if required.

The Guest(s) acknowledge(s) that throughout the duration of the itinerary a reality TV show /series will be filmed focusing on the Entertainers/Performers and Stars. During said filming, there is a possibility that the Guest(s) may be captioned on said reality TV show/series.
As a condition of booking, the Guest(s) release(s) Stars on Board, Inc. Norwegian Cruise Line, their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated companies, the directors, employees, agents, representation, any and all producers and broadcasters of said reality TV show/series from all claims, actions, grievances and liabilities in connection with the subject reality TV show/series to be filmed on board the sailing.

All the shows on board are complimentary and SEATS AT THE THEATER ARE GUARANTEED for every passenger, but the SEAT LOCATION is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
However, we might offer a limited selection of RESERVED SEATS for sale for those who are interested to have a paid and numbered seat at the theater throughout the journey.
After checking-in and while boarding the ship, guests will receive their Concert Tickets according to equitably pre-determined show-time slots. All the other festival style concerts that will be taking place throughout the journey are free and of general admission.
All Suite occupants will receive RESERVED SEAT-NUMBERED tickets after Check-in and upon boarding the ship.

The Stars, the prices and the programs are subject to change without notice.
Stars on Board does not guarantee the appearance of every entertainer that was promoted. Stars On Board has the right to cancel or substitute any of the promoted and confirmed stars at any time, if and when it deems necessary to do so.
Please note that weather conditions may cause some events to be postponed, moved or even canceled.

The United States Department of the Treasury through the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) has issued a series of comprehensive sanctions against various countries, specifically:OFAC Sanctions/Regulations:
Crimea, North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), Cuba, Sudan, Syria, and Iran
These sanctions limit the ability of cruise lines to conduct business with these countries and their citizens, which includes allowing certain citizens of those countries to sail onboard Norwegian Cruise Line ships.
Accordingly, it is the cruise line’s policy that if you are a citizen or resident of one of these sanctioned countries, we will be unable to accept your cruise reservation unless you can satisfy the following conditions:
Provide proof of Citizenship in a non-sanctioned country;
Provide proof of Residency in a non-sanctioned country AND evidence that you are funding the cruise, including all onboard charges, through a bank associated with a non-sanctioned country.
Citizens of the above countries must satisfy all the listed conditions in order to sail onboard the MSC Cruise Line ship.

**REMARK**: It is the guests’ responsibility to secure and obtain the correct travel documents and the required visas, if any, to be able to board this sailing.

(a) The guest acknowledges that STARS ON BOARD, its affiliates and partners are not an insurer of his or her safety during the course of the voyage, and the guest agrees that STARS ON BOARD, its affiliates and partners shall not be liable in any circumstances for any incident or injury arising from events occurring on and outside of the guest areas of the vessel or outside of the vessel itself including but not limited to those events occurring ashore (including shore excursion), on tenders not owned or operated by the carrier, or resulting from equipment not a part of the vessel, or upon docks and/or piers, or involving persons employed by STARS ON BOARD, its affiliates and partners and acting outside the course and the scope of employment.

(b) Stars On Board, its affiliates and partners disclaim all liability to the guest for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury of any kind not resulting from a physical injury to that guest, nor from that guest having been at risk of actual physical injury, nor intentionally inflicted by the carrier and Stars On Board, its affiliates and partners.

Passengers acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Booking Terms and Conditions when they initiate their booking. SOBC Booking Terms and Conditions are available on our website WWW.SOBC.ME under the page PRICES.

In the instance when the price level of the fuel barrel exceeds the applicable rate per barrel and Norwegian Cruise line implements a fuel surcharge, Stars on Board reserves its right to implement a fuel supplement charge that will not exceed USD 11.00 per person, per day and that will be collected from each guest on board.

Any Guest under 18 years of age is considered a minor. Any Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied in the same or connecting stateroom by a Guest 18 year of age or older at the time of embarkation who expressly agrees to be responsible for the under 18 Guest throughout the cruise. Failure to present such documentation may result in boarding being denied with no refund provided.
